delivery
free on every box, anywhere in mainland uk. orders ship from our uk warehouse within 1 working day and usually arrive in 2–4 working days by tracked courier. you'll get a tracking link by email.
where we don't deliver yet
scottish highlands and islands, northern ireland, isle of man, channel islands. we're working on it.
not home?
a box is about 8.5kg. the courier will leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour if they can, or arrange a redelivery.
damaged or missing
email hello@justcoconut.co.uk with a photo within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected date if it never arrived) and we'll send a free replacement box.
changed your mind?
you can cancel a one-off order, or the first box of a subscription, within 14 days of delivery. email us to let us know, then send back any unopened cartons within 14 days and we'll refund the price of the returned items within 14 days of receiving them. return postage is paid by you unless the 24 was faulty or damaged. for hygiene reasons, opened cartons can only be returned if faulty.
if anything is faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the consumer rights act 2015. nothing here affects your statutory rights.
