terms of sale

these terms apply to orders placed on this website with justcoconut ("justcoconut", "we"). by placing an order you agree to them.

orders

your order is accepted when we email you a confirmation. we may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable, in which case we'll refund any payment in full.

prices and payment

prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable VAT. delivery to mainland UK is free. payment is taken securely by Stripe when you order, or on each billing date for subscriptions.

subscriptions

subscriptions renew automatically on the schedule you choose until you cancel. you can cancel at any time before your next billing date from the manage subscription page, and pause or skip by emailing us. there is no minimum term.

pre-orders

while an item is shown as out of stock, orders are pre-orders. payment is taken when you order and we'll email you when your order ships. you can cancel a pre-order for a full refund anytime before dispatch. once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days.

subscription pre-orders. £48 today for your first case. your subscription starts after it ships: your next payment is taken one delivery interval after your first case is dispatched, not before. if dispatch is delayed, we move that date back so you're never charged for a second case before the first has shipped.

refer a friend

your friend gets £5 off their first order using your code. you get £5 off your next order or renewal once their first order has been delivered and not cancelled or refunded. one reward per new customer; self-referrals, duplicate accounts and codes posted on voucher sites aren't eligible. we may change or end the scheme with notice; rewards already earned are honoured.

affiliate programme

approved affiliates get a personal code (10% off for customers) and earn 20% commission on the order value after discount, excluding vat, refunds and cancellations, on orders from customers they refer (via their link or code), including those customers' subscription renewals. commission is paid monthly once the balance passes £20. we can end an affiliate arrangement at any time; earned commission is paid.

returns

change your mind? return unopened within 14 days for a full refund. if anything arrives damaged or faulty, we'll replace or refund it. details on our delivery & returns page.
