how often?

every week, every 2 weeks or every month. not sure? most people start with every 2 weeks — that's roughly 1–2 cartons a day.

when am i charged?

your first box is charged when you order and ships within 1 working day. after that you're charged £48 on the same day each cycle, and your box ships within 1 working day of each charge.

will you remind me?

yes. we email you a few days before every renewal, so nothing comes as a surprise.

how do i skip or pause?

email hello@justcoconut.co.uk before your next billing date and we'll skip or pause it. we reply within 1 working day.

how do i cancel?

online, anytime, at manage subscription (also in the footer and in every email). enter the email you ordered with, tap cancel. no call, no form, no maze.

change frequency or address?

update your card or address at manage subscription; email us to change frequency.

is it cheaper?

it's the same £48 a box either way. subscribing just means you never run out.
